The definition of corporate crime is a crime committed by employees or workers against the corporation, the corporation formed and controlled intentionally to commit a crime initially the corporation or legal entity (rechtpersoon) is a subject that is only known in civil law. The so-called legal entity that is actually the creation of law, namely by pointing to the existence of a body which was given status as legal subjects, in addition to the tangible legal subject of human nature (natural person).
